The giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by CannaEatz (the “Sponsor”). All entries, purchases, and official information are handled exclusively through www.CannaEatz.com.
Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void was prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
There are two (2) ways to enter:
1. Purchase Entry – Eligible purchases made on www.CannaEatz.com may include giveaway entries. Tickets to the live event are included only in select Silver and Gold packages. All package sales are final.
2. Free Mail-In Entry – Handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to the address listed on www.CannaEatz.com. Limit one entry per envelope.
No refunds, returns, or chargebacks are permitted on any purchase made in connection with this Giveaway.
A total of 100 winners will be selected:
* 50 Winners will each receive $1,500 in cash
* 50 Winners will each receive a CannaEatz Premium Smoke Box
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on www.CannaEatz.com. Winners will be contacted using the information provided at entry. Failure to respond or verify eligibility may result in forfeiture.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process will result in disqualification.
